Who are our clients

The word consultancy is sometimes misused. With us it’s really a consultancy profession. You are only a consultant at our company if you have excellent knowledge and experience in the field of analytics and data science. You have knowledge of statistical methods and techniques. In addition, you have knowledge of data management, modeling, analysis and reporting. The tooling we work with include: R, Python, SAS, SPSS, Autobox and SQL.
But what makes a good consultant? With us, you are a good consultant if you also know how to apply your knowledge and experience successfully with our clients and by doing so making impact.
Being a consultant at Cmotions also requires ‘personality’. Besides your experience you also use your personality to make impact for our clients. That’s why we recruit, develop and assess specifically on the talent that you already have but also want to develop further. We really care about individual attention and support. That’s why we provide practical work instructions to help you structure and monitor your assignments, but we also provide a dedicated mentor and training courses. So you can continue to develop both your technical subject knowledge and your advising skills.
