The DDMA Data Day will be back on Thursday 23 November 2017, hosted by the DDMA, the trade association for data driven marketing. The DDMA Data Day is a 1-day event where you will hear all about how data is used in marketing: the latest developments, opportunities, possibilities and the future. From a practical case study to a vision. National and international.
The DDMA Customer Data Award will be presented the night before, on Wednesday 22 November 2017. The DDMA Customer Data Award rewards innovative and creative use of customer (and other) data. This Award has been presented every year since 2006 to organisations that have demonstrated that they use data to improve customer dialogue. A professional jury assesses the submitted case studies based on analysis and segmentation, data quality, data governance and data integration.
If you have or know of a great case study that deserves to be picked out, please let us know!
The deadline for submitting case studies is no later than 12:00 on 19 June. The nominees for the 2017 Customer Data Award will be announced by 27 June. The nominees will then present their case study on the jury day, 19 October. The award winner will be announced on 22 November at the Customer Data Award, on the evening before the DDMA Data Day.
