And we do it together. We operate within a multidisciplinary team comprising professionals from the client organization and led or supported by a specialized consultant from Cmotions. The result is a data-driven workflow that systematically helps you achieve your marketing objectives.

Define

We kick off with three workshops in which we clarify the questions, objectives, and approach. After these workshops, you’ll have a clear picture of what we’ll deliver during the development phase and the commercial results associated with it. These workshops are part of the Business Accelerator, but you can opt-out after the workshops. The cost for this stage is €3,500.

Develop

Following the Define phase, we dive into action within a multidisciplinary team consisting of client organization members and specialized consultants from Cmotions. Over three months, we work in two-week sprints to achieve tangible results.

Deliver

Finally, we deliver the results as agreed upon in the Define phase. However, you’ll gain much more from it—a blueprint for tackling other data-related challenges and a scorecard in which we provide recommendations for the next steps in data-driven work. We offer two follow-up sessions to discuss the situation a few months after the program.

We offer the Business Accelerator at a fixed price of €19,500.
