Adapt pension communication to participant’s profile

The Pension Communication Act has laid the first building blocks towards making communication aimed at participants more personal and more relevant. These building blocks are gradually building a wall of sorts, but in practice it takes more than just legislation to bring about change and truly personal communication. Here you can read the article about the use of data in pension communication and its potential business case, written by Koen Balm, Principal Consultant at Cmotions.
