Nominations for DDMA Customer Data Award 2017

KNVB, Manutan, Bilderberg and Vacanceselect have been nominated for the DDMA Customer Data Award 2017. Returning this year for the twelfth time, the award recognises the successful use of customer data in the customer journey. The professional jury announced the nominations following jury deliberations in which a record number of entries were discussed. The nominated case studies stood out for the jury for their innovative and intelligent use of customer data.

The Customer Data Award is given out every year by DDMA, the trade association for data and marketing. The award is presented to the company that most successfully applies the management of customer data on operational, tactical and strategic levels. All of the entries have been assessed on the basis of criteria such as analysis, segmentation, data quality, data use and data integration. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, 22 November 2017 at a special award event on the evening before the DDMA Data Day. The next day, the winner will also be invited to take to the stage during the DDMA Data Day. In 2016, the prestigious prize was won by the publisher Vakmedianet.


DDMA Data Day

The winner and the other nominees will present their case studies on the stage at Pakhuis de Zwijger in Amsterdam during the DDMA Data Day on Thursday, 23 November 2017. This conference is organised in collaboration with the DDMA Customer Data & Dialogue Committee. The theme of the DDMA Data Day 2017 is “Enabling customer experiences”. It is the unrivalled annual update for anyone working actively with customer data on an operational, tactical and strategic level.
